The Rules...


...or more really The Guidelines.

(1) Classes may or may not be free - some may be free taster classes, guest passes etc. But rest assured, I will not agree a biased review in exchange for freebies, be it free class, money or food.

(2) Every class will be attended from start to finish and on a total best efforts basis.

(3) None of the classes reviewed will need a long-term membership i.e. no gym-contract classes, membership-only places (unless it's a day-membership). So the classes should be accessible to everyone now!

(4) I will try and give same info for each class - anything else that you would like to know, post a comment!

(5) Reviews are obviously just my opinion - I am not a health or fitness expert, I have no fitness qualifications and at date of writing, I am not on any special diet.

(6) Info on classes, teachers and venues are from general website research, please check before, if you are inspired to try any of the classes! And if you do, let me know what you thought!
